About these terms
These terms apply to an AI Range subscription supplied by Morphe Design Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and the Software Licence Terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subscription and price
The AI Range launch price is £79 per year. The standard full price is £179 per year. Both prices are billed annually. The checkout shows the final amount, applicable tax and available payment methods before you confirm payment. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and provides checkout, payment collection, tax handling, receipts and subscription management.
Launch price protection
Customers who subscribe at the £79 launch price will continue to renew at £79 per year for as long as that subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is cancelled, refunded or allowed to expire, any later subscription will be offered at the price available at that time rather than the previous launch price.
When the subscription starts
Your subscription starts when payment is accepted. You will receive confirmation and a licence key through Lemon Squeezy. One subscription permits one person to activate AI Range on up to three personal devices.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each year using the saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your billing portal and Lemon Squeezy communications show the renewal date. Any required renewal reminder will be sent using the contact details associated with your purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing support@morpherdesign.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund or statutory cancellation right applies, your subscription and licence remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Cooling-off rights and refunds
You may have statutory cancellation or refund rights based on your location. Digital content can be supplied immediately only in accordance with the consent and acknowledgement presented at checkout, and beginning immediate supply may affect a statutory cooling-off right. Refund requests should be sent to support@morpherdesign.co.uk with the purchase email and order reference. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. This section does not affect remedies for software that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Failed payments and expiry
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy may retry it and notify you. Access can continue while the subscription remains active or past due. When the subscription expires, continued use requires a renewed or new subscription, subject to the application’s reasonable offline validation grace period.
Price changes
A price change will not alter a billing period already paid for. The £79 launch price protection described above will continue while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. For subscriptions without launch price protection, where we propose to change the renewal price, we will provide advance notice and explain how to cancel before the new price applies.
Availability and changes
We may release fixes, compatibility changes and feature updates. AI Range depends partly on operating systems and third-party providers that we do not control. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, but we will not remove statutory rights or charge for a period in which the product cannot lawfully be supplied.

For billing, licence or technical support, contact support@morpherdesign.co.uk. Please include the purchase email and order reference, but do not send passwords, full payment-card details, prompts, source code or confidential repository content.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law where you live.
