What this notice covers
This notice covers morphedesign.co.uk, support correspondence and the AI Range desktop application. Payment and subscription services are supplied through Lemon Squeezy, which provides checkout, billing, tax handling, receipts, subscription management and licence services.
Website information
We do not use advertising cookies or collect information through website forms. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.
Purchases and subscriptions
When you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to complete and administer the transaction. This may include your name, email address, billing details, country, tax information, payment status, order and subscription identifiers. We may receive customer, order, subscription and licence information needed to provide AI Range, validate access, offer support and maintain business records. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
AI Range data
AI Range reads supported Codex and Claude Code records on your device to extract the minimum usage information required for its calculations. This can include timestamps, provider and model identifiers, token counts, allowance and rate-limit information, task classifications, outcomes and derived estimates.
Your prompts, source code, model responses, repository contents, command output, documents and transcripts are not uploaded to Morphe Design Ltd. Usage history is stored locally in SQLite and can be exported or deleted from the application.
Licence activation and validation send the licence key and a user-readable device instance name to Lemon Squeezy. Update checks contact the configured Morphē update service and necessarily disclose standard network information such as an IP address. AI Range may continue temporarily during connection problems using an offline validation grace period.
Why we use information
- To perform our contract with you, including supplying, licensing and supporting AI Range.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations.
- For legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing misuse, improving reliability and responding to enquiries.
- Where required, on the basis of your consent.
Who receives information
Information is shared only where necessary with service providers involved in hosting, security, email, software distribution, payments, subscriptions and licensing; with professional advisers; or where disclosure is required by law. Lemon Squeezy and the providers of Codex and Claude Code also process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Local AI Range data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the application. We retain correspondence, licence and transaction records only for as long as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, legal, tax and accounting purposes. Our service providers apply their own retention periods. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of personal information, and to request portability or withdraw consent. You can make a request at privacy@morpherdesign.co.uk. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Changes
We may update this notice when our products, suppliers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
