Effective 18 August 2026
Licence grant
While your AI Range subscription is active, Morphe Design Ltd, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use AI Range on up to three personal devices that you control.
Permitted use
You may use AI Range for personal or professional work undertaken by you. The licence belongs to one person and may not be shared between team members, clients or other users. A separate subscription is required for each user.
Restrictions
You must not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute or make the software or licence key available to another person. You must not bypass licensing or security controls, use the software unlawfully, or reverse engineer it except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Ownership
AI Range is licensed, not sold. Morphe Design Ltd and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the software, design, documentation, branding and updates. You retain ownership of your own files, source code, prompts and other content.
Local processing and third parties
AI Range processes supported provider records locally to calculate usage estimates. It does not grant rights to Codex, Claude Code or any other third-party service. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms. Licence activation and validation use Lemon Squeezy.
Estimates
Range figures, comparisons and recommendations are estimates based on available usage data and settings. They are not guarantees of provider capacity, pricing, availability, task completion or future consumption.
Updates and compatibility
We may provide updates to improve security, compatibility or functionality. Supported operating systems and third-party data formats can change. We do not promise compatibility with every future operating-system or provider release, but this does not affect any statutory obligation to supply conforming digital content.
Licence validation
The application may periodically validate your licence online. Temporary connection problems will not immediately disable an activated copy because a reasonable offline grace period is provided. You are responsible for keeping your licence key secure.
Termination
The licence ends when the subscription expires or if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach where a remedy is possible. On termination, you must stop using and remove the software. Terms concerning ownership, restrictions and liability continue where their nature requires it.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory rights relating to digital content. Subject to that, Morphe Design Ltd is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party service interruptions, or decisions made solely in reliance on an estimate produced by AI Range.
Support and law
Contact support@morpherdesign.co.uk for licence support. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
